Readers finally get the reveal of how Levana got her scars and burns, and why she is constantly haunted by the phrase "Come here, baby sister...". 

Levana is overwhelmed with tears but once she calms herself down after her fight with Evret and dons her first veil, she heads to Channarys room. In a fit of rage, she destroys Channarys mirror and orders that all mirrors in the entire city be destroyed. She also commissions special glass for windows that is non-reflective.

After the non-reflective glass is designed and installed, Levana also installs a vidscreen, replacing the spot where Channary's mirror once rested. Levana admires her work as the best queen to ever exist but still needs more to secure the happiness and future of Luna.  

She needs Earth, but how...?
