This week Bethanie is joined by Lauren, the host of Ink Feather Podcast. We once again see Emperor Kai, now with other world leaders reacting to a new threat from Luna. But while the other world leaders are quick to drastic actions, Kai thinks there is a more diplomatic response.

After a grueling and stressful meeting, Kai visits Priya in the garden for more wedding plans. Priya has a brilliant, yet controversial, idea for how to make the wedding more enjoyable for the guests and diplomats attending. While Kai makes a decision about wedding staff, Priya suggests he look for happiness within his palace garden. Her motherly advice warms our hearts and makes Kai remember not only his complicated relationship with Cinder but what Cinder may be up to at this very moment.
